CHARLES SCHWAB STINKS

My wife, Mary Lou, and I have been going through a living HELL.
My wife is 82 and I am 74. My wife recently was in the hospital for about a month and then was in a 24 hour care facility for another '45' days.
Mary Lou came home about '3' weeks ago. I have had to engage
a young lady to help take of Mary Lou when I need to operate my
business. While we are able to finance this added expense it makes
things a little tight. About '2' days before I brought Mary Lou home

I used the speaker on my cell phone to make a call to Charles
Schwab with Mary Lou next to me. We were trying to have some
money, from Mary Lou's retirement funds, to be disbursed to us
to be used as a cushion to make sure that we can take care of Mary Lou's caretaker. We thought that this would be something easy to do.
Not so! For the last '3' weeks my wife and I have been through HELL.
The bottom line is that Charles Schwab refuses to give us our money!
